As you know, the success of our operations depends on our ability to process the organic material received at our plant quickly and efficiently. To do so, close collaboration between our engineering team and our production team is essential.
This is why we have recently hired more than 15 new employees at our RDP-PAT plant. Both in production and engineering, these hires allow us to gain flexibility to adapt to the changing reality of our industry, which pushes us to constantly review the processes we use to be more efficient and better prepared to process the material we receive. We are proud to play a role in the community by creating quality job in the neighbourhood.
We had a good start-up of the plant this week and the processing of the material has been steady and efficient all week. As usual, we expect to shut down this week operations during the day on Saturday.
