This newsletter is intended to provide an update on operations over the next few weeks.
Each fall, Sanimax must process large volumes of organic material due to the hunting season and the increased production rate of slaughterhouses in anticipation of the Holiday season.
To meet our role in Quebec’s agri-food chain while maintaining a respectful cohabitation with our community, we have decided to extend the hours of operation on weekends until the Holidays. This measure allows us to sequence the arrivals of organic material to let our teams process the material received as it comes in, thus minimizing potential odours.
We will contact you again if there are any changes to these hours of operation. Please be assured that we are taking this action to increase our ability to efficiently process the volumes of material received and thus reduce the potential for odours.
