Indeed, the agri-food sector generates huge quantities of non-consumed by-products. This is where Sanimax steps in. As you know, our mission can be summarized in three actions
recuperate, renew and return. Thus, we are fully in line with a circular economy logic as we recover, every day, products such as animal matter from slaughterhouses or cooking oils from restaurants. Through our processes, we allow thousands of tons of by-products to have a second life by transforming them into high-quality ingredients that are then used by various industries. Annually, we give a new life to more than two million tons of organic waste.
We are proud to play this key role in building a greener future for generations to come.
Based on our current indicators, we expect to be able to continue to efficiently process the organic material received this week. We expect to be done with all our operations by Saturday night.
