The Summer is a particularly busy time for Sanimax and requires constant rigour and efficiency. Trained in the lean manufacturing management approach, our team works diligently to ensure that operations are running smoothly to process material as efficiently as possible. Our team is supported by several newly hired engineers to ensure continuous improvement of our processes.
At our current operational pace, we expect to complete our operations for the week during the night from Saturday to Sunday.
